Sewer Line Repair & Replacement

Roots, cracked clay pipe and sagging sections are common in older Valley homes. When clearing the drain stops working, the line itself needs to be fixed. We find the problem with a camera first, then repair only what needs it, or replace the line when that's the better long-term answer.

Signs of a damaged sewer line

  • Backups that come back after the line is cleared
  • Sewage smell in the yard or near the house
  • Soggy or sunken spots over the sewer line
  • Roots or broken pipe seen on a camera inspection

How we approach it

Every job starts with a camera inspection and locating, so we know exactly where the damage is and how deep. Then we explain your options: a spot repair of one section, or replacing the line from the house to the city connection.

You get a clear price for the option you choose before we start. When the work is done, we run the camera again so you can see the result.

Permits

Sewer repairs and replacements need a permit. We pull it and handle the inspection with LADBS or your city.

Common questions

Can you just fix one section?

Often, yes. If the rest of the line is in good shape, a spot repair can save you money. The camera tells us.

Will you dig up my yard?

Some digging is usually needed. We'll show you where and how much before we start, and we leave the site clean.

What about the part under the street?

We'll tell you what's on your side of the property line and what the city handles.
