Plumbing services in Burbank

Plumbing in Burbank homes

Burbank has a lot of homes from the 1920s through the 1950s, especially in the Rancho and Magnolia Park areas, plus hillside homes toward the Verdugo Mountains. Homes that age often still have galvanized supply lines and clay sewer laterals, and many water heaters sit in tight closets or garages. We handle repairs, drain and sewer work, repipes and water heater replacements.

Water heater rebates in Burbank

Burbank homes get electricity from Burbank Water and Power (BWP), not LADWP, and gas from SoCalGas. SoCalGas offers rebates on qualifying tankless water heaters. BWP runs its own programs, so heat pump rebates in Burbank work differently than in Los Angeles. Call or text us and we'll check what applies to your home.

Common questions

Do you serve all of Burbank?

Yes. We're based in Van Nuys and work across Burbank and nearby areas.

Do you work on older Burbank homes?

Yes. Many Burbank homes still have original galvanized pipe or clay sewer lines. We can inspect them and tell you what needs attention now and what can wait.

Do you pull permits?

Burbank has its own Building & Safety Division, so permits go through the City of Burbank instead of LADBS. We pull the permit and schedule the inspection when the job needs one.
